About Lynne

Lynne is a purpose-driven leader who has made significant contributions to the development of consumer-driven businesses.

She began her career in the Sales function, and quickly progressed through leadership roles in Sales, Marketing, Consumer Insights, and eCommerce. The past few years have seen Lynne successfully launch and grow the revenue growth management capability at a Fortune 50 company.

Lynne has a reputation for being an authentic leader who helps teams to deliver challenging goals with new levels of collaboration, communications, and trust. She is known as a bold strategic thinker and change agent who consistently delivers quality results.

As founder and CEO of evrsync, Lynne brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and global experience to the role.

Industry Expertise

Most recently at Johnson & Johnson Consumer, as Worldwide Vice-President, Commercial Strategy and Capabilities, Lynne successfully led the creation of Revenue Growth Management capability which delivered new insights and profitable business growth across the globe.

As Vice-President of US Sales Operations at J&J, Lynne co-led the North America Reliability effort, which transformed the NA business with a more collaborative service model between commercial and supply chain teams.

In a prior role, Lynne as Vice-President of OTC Sales for McNeil, was a key architect of the innovative Tylenol® Equity Strategy which successfully returned Tylenol to the US marketplace during a consent decree. The Tylenol Equity Strategy remains in place today.

Throughout her career at P&G, Warner-Lambert, and J&J, Lynne has demonstrated bold, strategic thinking and genuinely collaborative partnerships to create new business models and successfully lead organizational change.
